How We Work, From First Call To Final Handover
We keep our process simple and easy to follow, whether you're planning a small renovation or a larger build. We start with a consult to understand what you need and get a clear picture of your project. From there, we move into design, working through the details before locking in a quote.
Once you're happy to proceed, we move into construction, keeping you updated as the project comes together. Each stage builds on the last, so you always know what's happening next and when.

01 Consult
We sit down with you to talk through the project, the site and what you want out of it. It's a straightforward conversation that gives us the detail we need before anything is drawn up.
02 Design
We work the ideas from the consult into a practical design, taking your existing home, block and budget into account. You see the detail and have your say before we go any further.
03 Quote
Once the design is settled, we put together a detailed quote covering the scope, materials and timeline. Nothing gets booked in until you're happy with what's in front of you.
04 Build
Our team takes the project through construction with one point of contact throughout. We keep you updated as each stage lands, right through to final handover.
